"So, we met Danielle a little over a year ago while we were looking at houses with property. She began helping us look for a house and a property that we were very specific about. We must have looked at 80 houses/properties all after work or on the weekends with her. We put offers in on 2 of them and almost bought one of them but it fell through. All the while Danielle was still super helpful and kept searching/sending us properties she thought we would like until finally she found our dream home/property!With Danielle’s advice, we made an offer which was accepted! Woo-hoo! During this whole process she guided and helped us understand the whole home buying process and set us up/recommended with all the necessary people/services needed.So now we own two homes and we needed to sell one ASAP!Danielle was quick to set everything up and get our house on the market; she brought in a photographer (Whom did a phenomenal job!) "Words truly cannot due justice to how amazing Danielle was during our home-buying experience. In a crazy Bay Area market, Danielle helped us to understand the complexities of the offer process (while making it seem so easy!) and how to submit the most competitive offer possible. She also exhibited huge amounts of patience with us as we were very particular with what we were looking for, and it felt like we saw an endless number of houses! But she never made us feel like we were being too picky or unrealistic; instead, she was totally in our corner the whole time. Danielle shared info very transparently, advocated for us diligently, and even made many drives to the Bay from the Sacramento area to show us houses we were interested in.
